Does it cost anything?
Free. A paid tier may come for optional extras, opt-in only. Nothing you have today goes behind a paywall.
Is my data safe?
Yes. No ads, no trackers, no data sales. Bot reads runs from Strava (or Apple Health) and posts to your group. That's it.

What does the bot actually post?
Every run lands in your group with name, distance, calories, weekly progress. PRs and milestones get a callout. Pace stays off-chat by design.

Got Android friends in the group?
They see every post. Messages fall back to SMS for non-iPhone members, so the group stays unified.
